I also feel like in a traditional system, everyone knows everyone and there is a strong sense of community. They grow together and it's like having a giant family and support system.

Economic systems
It might seem crazy, but I honestly think that traditional is the best system because its purely based on needs instead of wants. As a community, they don't get wrapped up in what their neighbor has and how they can have that and more, I feel like they work together in order to have what they need to survive and I love that. On the down side, there are seasons where they go without, especially during the winter when there are hardly any crops growing and they don't necessarily have all of the luxuries that make life a little easier.
Opportunity cost
When I decided to get job, it meant that I had to give up some of my free time and time that I spent with my friends in order to work. I have a lot of fun working in kids world but kids are exhausting and I would come home completely dead because of running around and playing with them and I had school on top of my job. As a result, I was earning money and able to get a car, but I was lacking as a friend and sister/daughter because I was either working and unable to hang out or, too exhausted to do anything.
The future event that I can think of is having a baby. When I decide to have kids, I will love them I'm sure and it will be fun but, from what I have heard, one must give up their own life in order to raise their child. So when having a child, the result is the joy of parenting with the loss of a social life because your life revolves around the child.

Ideal Form of Government
I believe the ideal form of government would be a democracy that is truly a democracy. Where everyone votes and the president is voted in by the people, not the electoral college. I also believe that with a democracy everyone should be equal and have an equal amount of say in what goes on in our country. The president would also have a say but it is no greater than the voice of the people; he/she is just the leader and makes announcements and informs the country of what we have decided as a whole and continually keeps the country up to date on what's going on in the world. I also believe that the government would not keep things from the people and that having everyone treated as equals is a part of that.
I realize that this will never happen because there is always someone better, and the people who are at the top will continue to be at the top and manipulate the system because they can and it's human nature to be greedy and self centered. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a fair and ideal form of government because some people won't allow that to happen.
